Becky Erwood

Becky has twenty years of communications experience across a range of sectors including retail, apparel, food & drink and primary industries.
Intellectually curious and creative, Becky is adept at using insights and analysis to transform business objectives into creative communications strategies that re-position brands, generate advocacy and support the bottom line.
Originally from the UK she has worked closely with boards and brand owners on communications strategies for some of NZ and the UK’s best loved brands including M&S, Nespresso, My Food Bag, Kellogg’s, Farmers and the NZ Music Awards among many others,
Becky joined Pead PR in September 2013 where she led its food, drink and lifestyle teams directing a range of consumer brands and NZ businesses. She left in 2018 to create a brand of her own which will launch in late 2018 and now splits her time between her new business and Endgame.
Kate Drury

Kate has been working in the fields of advertising, marketing communications and design for over twenty years.
Kate is a learner and loves immersing herself in her client’s business; understanding and helping to set smart strategic objectives, analyzing data and customer insights, creating distinctive collateral, intelligent communications strategies and implementing winning campaigns – with a strong focus on ROI.
Born in England, Kate has worked with and steered some of the world’s and NZ’s most recognised brands across the UK, Australia and NZ including John Lewis, the AA, Maurice Kain Textiles, BP Connect, Wild Bean Café and BP Fuels.
Kate has been running her own business since 2013 when she started an Auckland-based Marketing Consultancy. In this time, she has completed projects for BP2go, NZ Universities consortium, Booster Finance, Conventions and Incentives NZ, NZACS and Metlifecare (amongst others) and now splits her time between this business and Endgame.
